The Village Hall is a valuable part of Woolley and is often used for village and community events in addition to private functions.
There are weekly Exercise classes and the hall is used for courses including flower arranging and painting.
The building is the hub of social activities in Woolley including Mother and Toddler Group, Knit and Natter and St Peter's Church’s Young Adventurers. It also used for community and parish meetings and the Woolley Book Club.

This Grade II listed building was built in 1842 as the village school. However, the school closed in 1993 and the building was bought in 1994 by the residents of Woolley, (50% personal Donations, 50% with an EU grant).
As a registered charity, it is run by the Village Hall Management Committee (all volunteers) comprised of members of the Parish Council, Woolley Village Residents' Association and St Peter's Church.
